Conditions To Be Eligible For A Refund:
You are not 100% satisfied that Buddie’s Bites is helping your pet and does what it claims it will do. If this is the case then we will happily provide you with a full refund. To claim a refund in this case, please first email us at support@buddiesbites.com and attach your receipt or provide proof of purchase. If your claim for a refund is received by us within 30 days of purchase, then we will process a full refund for you no questions asked.
Your item is damaged or has been opened (meaning that the safety seal is broken) upon delivery. If this is the case then please DO NOT consume any of the contents of the pack! Please take photos of the damaged pack or the safety seal not intact, and email them immediately to support@buddiesbites.com along with your proof of purchase. We will organise for a new item to be shipped out to you free of charge.
In the case that we send you a replacement item due to the original item being damaged or defective, the time it takes for a replacement product to reach you may vary depending on where you live. Generally shipping times will be the same as for your original purchased item(s).
You change your mind and no longer want your item(s). If this is the case then please be aware that we can only provide you a full refund if your item is unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Photo evidence will be required before a refund will be given.
To complete your refund in this case you will need to return your item(s) to us first. Please email us at support@buddiesbites.com and provide us with your receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a refund of your item(s) you must notify us within 30 days of purchase that you would like to return your item(s). We will provide you with a postal address of where to return your item(s) to, along with further instructions on how to return your item(s) to us. Please be aware that you are responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item(s) to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable by Buddie’s Bites.
Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the credit card that you used to make the original purchase with, within 5-10 business days.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) otherwise.
Late Or Missing Refunds: (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 5-10 business days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is processed by your financial institution. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted on account statements.
